Over two decades ago the Dreamspace Sunroom/Patio Enclosure system was developed using the same energy efficient dual & triple paned vinyl windows and doors, which the company first introduced to U.S. homeowners back in the 1960's! Unlike our competitors, who use single paned plate glass set in cheap aluminum frames; the Dreamspace philosophy as a pioneer window manufacturer in the vinyl window industry, developing America's first custom vinyl replacement window, has always been to offer consumers the same high efficiency, quality proven windows enjoyed by millions of homeowners across our nation.

We take great pride in the fact that Dreamspace sunrooms/Patio Enclosures, as well as all of the many products we offer, are manufactured right here in the United States of America. Additionally, all of our products are backed up by staff in 20 regional design and service support centers located in major metropolitan centers nationwide including our service center in Methuen Massachusetts. A local design and service support center has operated in Massachusetts for over 25 years.

In 2003 A.Chris Walker & Brian Sullivan, Sunroom Consultants working out of Methuen Massachusetts, seeing a need for a Dreamspace location serving New Hampshire and Maine transferred their efforts toward the opening of the American Dreamspace showroom located at 40 Market Street in North Berwick Maine.
